The Hague-based International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants for the Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defence Minister, Yoav Gallant, holding them responsible for crimes against humanity and war crimes committed during the Gaza Strip war.
On the Palestinian side, the official of the terrorist organisation of Hamas, Mohammed Deif, is also accused.

The accusations against the two politicians include “the intentional and deliberate withholding of material goods absolutely essential and necessary for the survival of the civilian population”, such as food, water, medicine, electricity and fuel, clearly contributing to the genocide of the Palestinian population.
As if all the sufferings of the Palestinian people were not enough, for decades, Israel has imposed miserable living conditions on the Gaza Strip to the East Bank, trying to uproot them from their land.
The expansionist ambitions of the state of Israel seem to be more important than human souls.

Against all odds, the Israeli government opposes the International Criminal Court’s decision, even expressing its fury, hurling accusations of absurdity and lies against it, playing the same old “anti-Semitism” card, acting as the victim once again. He also stated that the ICC does not have jurisdiction over him as it is not under this Court and as he claims, “has an independent legal system that strictly investigates all violations of the law” and no one can stop it from doing what it deems necessary in regards to the 250 kidnapped Israeli citizens, regardless of whether they violate International law.
For its part, the ICC states, “No one is above the law”. The Prosecutor of the Court Mr. Karim Khan pointed out that Israel has deliberately and systematically targeted the civilian population of Gaza.
In 2002, the ICC was established as a legal means of holding accountable those responsible for atrocities such as genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes. It investigates and prosecutes natural persons, reinforcing its role in the delivery of justice as a separate body from the United Nations International Court of Justice which prosecutes state entities. Furthermore, Palestine joined the ranks of the International Criminal Court in 2015 and in 2021, the ICC ruled that it is a State, thus extending the jurisdiction of the Court to the territories Israel has held since 1967. Thus, it has jurisdiction beyond any dispute.
However, as the ICC points out, the execution of the decision lies in the jurisdiction of the respective government to decide whether to arrest them within the territorial jurisdiction of 124 state-members of the ICC and to take the necessary actions as it does not have a police force.
And here begins the absolute paraphrasing of Justice itself. As an example, we will refer to Governments that are in favour of the arrest, others which are against and some which maintain a neutral stance.
The White House brazenly stated, “We unequivocally reject” the International Criminal Court’s decision. Of course, it had no problem supporting a similar decision by the same court against Vladimir Putin and Russian Officials for the war in Ukraine.
The head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrell of the EU spoke about the arrest warrants issued by the ICC stating, “This is not a political decision. It is a decision of a court, an international court. And the decision of the court must be respected and implemented”.
But this stance does not apply to everyone.
Ireland respects the role of the ICC and is able to help carry out its work, which it considers vital.
The Netherlands was also on the same wavelength, which announced its obligation and willingness to comply with the ICC decision.
Hungary, however, opposes the decision, even saying that the Israeli prime minister is not in danger of being arrested in its territory.
France also respects the court’s decision, but has refrained from giving a clear answer, citing that it is a “legally complex” issue. It also referred to political asylum for the Israeli prime minister without elaborating.
Britain, on the same wavelength as France, announced with a vague generalisation that yes “we respect the independence of the court” but we recognise Israel’s right to self-defence. “There is no moral comparison between a democracy like Israel with that of Hamas and Hezbollah.”
With all these contradictions, their role in international developments is revealed. And as everything shows, another decision of the International Criminal Court will ‘take its course’?
Britain’s statement, but also the fact that not all member states comply with the legal requirements of the International Criminal Court, give us the cause to analyse and establish the injustice produced by our own institutions, which we the citizens define to govern our countries, shaping living conditions, but also how vast and absolute concepts have been tainted. These include concepts such as Ethics, which stems from the morality of public and political life in the context of virtue, Democracy, which is public administration that executes the decisions democratically taken by the citizens-municipals, and Justice identical to Democracy which administers the right of each municipal-human citizen who is born and lives on this planet with their rights, just like everyone else’s rights; rights to food, water, housing with all the planet’s abundant and absolutely free materials that hosts all creations upon it. And yet the citizens have no say and no voice within their countries.
What must be made aware to the citizens, is that their administrations have no right, whether it be a governmental, domestic or international organisation, state agency or institution, because absolutely everything was structured and set up by the people to exclusively serve the interests of the citizens who created them within the collective social progress. They do not have the legitimacy, as an institutional unit or an alliance of many institutions, to deliberately deprive the access to goods that belong to all of us without any exception for selfish interests as we mentioned above.
A genocide is eventuating for political agendas, and to our regret, we hear statements by political leaders talking about the right to self-defence, which can be accepted only to a certain point. In essence, they accepted a proven and court-ordered flagrant crime – the killing of civilians and the imposition of hunger, thirst, famine which results in death.
What is certain is that we have no Justice anywhere on the planet. It has become a convenient tool in the hands of the few and dangerous to the public safety of citizens. It has long since lost its independence and its decisions are executed by those with interests. The labyrinthine legal systems of the countries and all these legal frameworks with “loopholes” such as “political asylums”, “parliamentary immunities”, “diplomatic immunities” etc. are used as desired so that the letter of the law does not apply to them and thus they are even protected from heinous crimes such as those against humanity.
In all aspects, the signs of the times proclaim that humanity as a whole must assume its responsibilities and its sole obligation towards itself and society as a whole.
Justice must work unalterably within a System of Values and Principles, the very creational elements of the human race, so that people feel safe within their own country, but also in the global environment, where everything and everyone interacts as one unit.
An offense committed by someone, even directed at a single person in society, must be considered as an offense against the entire State (Politeia), where the State is responsible for immediately stopping this injustice by preventing its development, and in any case, it must eliminate it in respect to the nature of the offense and to intervene either by correction or by punishment so that Justice is distributed, “Not to the word, but to the Intellect of the Legislator’s purpose” because this is the definition of Justice throughout the length and breadth of our planet and this is how it should be applied.
In other words, the Legislator does not judge the result of the unjust act, which is clearly evaluated, but in essence, aims at the cause that led to the result, at its root. They have excellent knowledge of the System of Values and Principles and with this as an axis and the principle of proportionality, they establish the ideal and comprehensive performance of Justice.
The same should also absolutely apply when one state wrongs another. It should concern the entire world community and the decisions of international courts must be executed by all governments, assisting the course of justice through the use of their police forces, or/and the global police in cases of crimes against humanity or war crimes, as in the case of Benjamin Netanyahu and former Israeli Defence Minister Yoav Gallant.
There are so many organisations – police authorities, services and governments, and yet, the rendering of the law is not carried out, resulting in great injustice.
What does not exist today and must for the Justness of the people, is to establish their own system of Values and Principles in their cities and states in order to stop the injustice that they experience in its varying forms including wars, economic crises, the destruction of the fabric of health, education and all this downfall which has reached dangerous proportions.
Today, we, the people around the globe, have the honour to have access to our ancient Value System, which, in our days, Mr. Artemis Sorras, the President of the Political Body of the Hellenic Assembly (Ellinon Syneleysis), lodged the axial system through the Founding Declaration of the Political Body – which is also reflected in its Policy Statements – at the Supreme Court of Greece (Areopagus) to establish the Ellene Politeia (the Greek State), acting as the bright beacon for all governments around the globe to follow its path in order to all together and individually reverse our collective fate towards an ever-ascending course as a human race, leaving behind in its oblivion, that which spoiled us, corrupted us, polluted our consciences and brought us to the brink of the abyss.
The following Sacred Ellanian Text and the Foundation of the Ideal State was written for all of us! For the Justness of all of us!
